QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR SLEEP?

Educational information is a starting point.

A sleep medicine evaluation can help determine which symptoms, tests, and treatments are relevant to you.

SLEEP APNEA RISK

Could you be at risk for sleep apnea?

Common warning signs and risk factors include loud snoring, witnessed pauses in breathing, gasping during sleep, daytime sleepiness, higher body weight, high blood pressure and certain airway or anatomic factors. A screening tool can estimate risk, but it cannot diagnose sleep apnea.

Concerned about your risk? A sleep medicine evaluation can help determine whether testing is appropriate.
