Nurture Sleep PLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and health information are handled securely in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable regulations.

HIPAA Uses and Disclosures

We may use or share your protected health information (PHI) for:

Healthcare Operations – Quality assurance, staff training, compliance, and analytics.

We may also share PHI when required by law, for public health and safety, health oversight, legal proceedings, and other limited purposes described in HIPAA.

For any other use (e.g., marketing), we will obtain your written authorization.

3. How Long We Keep Your Information

Our services are intended for individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

The following section includes provisions that comply with the privacy laws of these states (California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Virginia, and Utah) and is applicable only to the residents of those states. Specific references to a particular state (in a heading or in the text) are only a reference to that state’s law and applies only to that state’s residents. Do Not Track

Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Currently, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.

 
 

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and NPP from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new Effective Date. Significant changes will be communicated directly.
