Dr. Saurabh Gupta, MD, FACP Sleep Medicine Specialist | Board-Certified in Sleep and Internal Medicine
Dr. Gupta is a board-certified Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine physician with over two decades of global clinical experience.
His diverse background includes early training and certification in the UK through the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, giving him a broad perspective on acute and chronic care.
He is also board-certified in Internal Medicine, having completed his residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons at Harlem Hospital in New York City.
Dr. Gupta completed his Sleep Medicine fellowship at Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, where he trained extensively across three renowned institutions: HCMC, the University of Minnesota Medical Center, and the Minneapolis VA.
Prior to his sleep specialty training, Dr. Gupta practiced as a hospitalist and clinical educator for nearly a decade, serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota.
He remains actively licensed in Minnesota, Texas, and Arizona. He brings a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to treating a wide range of sleep disorders.
Dr. Gupta is passionate about making sleep care more accessible, efficient, and personalized. His clinical interests include obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, RLS, DOT evaluations, and integrating technology and telemedicine to improve sleep health.
When not working, he enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring new cultures with his family.
